What customers say
This small, adult-only campsite receives consistent praise for its immaculate cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, Jane and Walter. Guests frequently highlight the well-maintained grounds, level pitches, and clean facilities. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few mention limited shower/toilet capacity, metered electricity costs, and a lack of Wi-Fi. The site is ideally located for exploring the Fylde coast and is highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Electric optional hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked This site is a must if wanting peaceful relaxing time away, greeted upon arrival and shown where to obtain gate key and pitch information , owners keep on top of this site and not a thing out of place, they come and say hello and are very friendly. Facilities were immaculate as were the site too. Will definitely be returning.
Disliked Nothing at all.

Nice little site but no Wi-Fi
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring caravan pitch
Liked The quiet, very peaceful. the cleanliness and good facilities for waste etc. Excellent location. Very pleasant owners . I also liked the cockerel crowing in the morning.
Disliked Pitches a bit small if you have an awning, we didn’t bother with ours as weather was good . Only one toilet and one shower, in each facility , anlthpugh my husband told me there was anlso a urinal in the gents . Thre there wasn’t much knee room. They could do with an automatic gate and bigger toilet facilities . Dark at night, the lights went off at tennish round the middle bit of the site dog walk too small, and nowhere else really to walk the dog. No Wi-Fi. We’d come back though, but there’s room to extend and that’s what I would do. Extend the site and facilities.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring caravan pitch
Liked The site is peaceful and extremely well kept. The hedges are amazing. Jane and Walter were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive.
The block paved pitches are level and easy to manoeuvre into. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and sufficient in number given the size of the site.
It is a small operation so there is no shop and no bar. In our opinion those are positives, but for those that need it there is a petrol station with a Spar convenience store and a Starbucks five minutes walk up the lane. There is no public WiFi but phone signals were good on the two networks we tried.
There is a small fenced area at the front where dogs can be let off lead. It is too small for meaningful exercise but fortunately there is a field less than 100 metres up the road where they can have a proper run.
We enjoyed visiting several of the beaches along the coast. Our favourite, St Anne's North beach, is about a 20 minute drive from the site. At low tide it is a huge and mostly empty expanse of clean fine sand - dog heaven.
Disliked Nothing.

Well worth a visit, been twice now.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring caravan pitch
Liked Peaceful site and adults only. Exceptionally clean and tidy , also like the fact the pitch fee is reasonable and you pay electric separately, which was only £1.50 a day for what we used.
Disliked Not much, mobile Internet isn't that great there but thats not the sites fault!

Liked Very well maintained site and immaculate facilities. Very peaceful. Pitches were roomy and well set out. Short walk to service station for shop.
Disliked Shower and toilet next door to each other. Felt a bit uncomfortable when having a shower and someone came in to use toilet.
