What customers say
This adult-only site is consistently praised for its immaculate condition, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly, helpful owners, Jane and Walter. Guests highlight the well-maintained, level pitches and clean facilities. While most found the limited number of showers and toilets sufficient due to the small capacity, some noted it could be an issue when fully occupied. Metered electricity is generally well-received. Minor points include occasional phone signal issues and a lack of a pot wash area.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring caravan pitch
Liked Peaceful site and adults only. Exceptionally clean and tidy , also like the fact the pitch fee is reasonable and you pay electric separately, which was only £1.50 a day for what we used.
Disliked Not much, mobile Internet isn't that great there but thats not the sites fault!

Very peaceful and quiet site. Pitches…
Electric optional hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Very peaceful and quiet site. Pitches very well cared for and toiletblock always very clean. Jane and Walter are very friendly and welcoming.
Nice walks directly from the site. There is also a bus stop less than a mile away, where you can get the bus to Lytham, and from there, you can get the bus to Blackpool.
Access to the site is excellent, with a wide entrance. It's very secure too, with a padlocked gate, which you get the key for on arrival, from the information hut, together with your pitch number.
Electric is metered, which means you only pay for what you use. On arrival you pay £3 per day, then on departure you either get a refund if you haven't used the total amount or if you've used more you pay the extra used. Very fair.
Disliked Nothing!
