What customers say
A peaceful, well-located campsite on the canal, offering spacious pitches and friendly, helpful owners. Facilities are basic, with cold showers and small toilet cubicles noted by many. Guests appreciate the easy access to walks, Glasson Dock, and water sports. While some find the noise from other campers disruptive, many enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and good value.

Me and my family absolutely love…
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Me and my family absolutely love this place. We go every year and are already excited to book in and go again next year. The area is beautiful, the people are lovely and we have met so many lovely people over the years during our camping there. I recommend it to everyone who mentions camping. It's lovely and quiet making it super friendly for SEN families like ours.
Disliked My only dislike that is that it isnt open past september. I would love to book in the October half term and spend a few nights under the stars with my children over the autumn nights would be magical.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Location - 5 minute walk to the dock. Traffic free cycle routes on the door step giving access to Conder Green, Lancaster, Morecambe and the coast. Friendly Owner. More than ample fresh water points.
Disliked Loo facilities. Maybe 4 x festival type loo's would be better....just a thought.

Can’t wait to return…
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Was such a lovely campsite. Basic but that’s what we like . Massive field with lots of space for kids to play, pitch sizes are great , we paid for an electric pitch and they had a water tap on each pitch too which was very convenient …. Site owner was lovely, checked on us after arrival and gave us lots of local information . Will definitely be back
Disliked Loos were better than expected as were in a converted caravan , only downside was the door was too close to the toilet meaning no room really so most night left door open slightly. And lightning situation wasn’t the best but we took our torches so possible advice for future campers
