Electric optional grass tent pitch
Liked: I loved this campsite! My first time camping and I am booked again for 4 days in October. Excellent facilities, I love the communal room. Very clean site and very friendly. Beautiful views and very easy to find.
Disliked: You have to purchase a fire pit was was £20. The wood would not burn so I didn't think it was good value at all. It should be £10 and bring your own wood etc. The WiFi was non existent! The ground was also quite stoney and hard so struggled with the tent pegs a little.

Liked: Location. Friendly owners
Disliked: Lack of dog poo bins.only one shower block with 3 in. Would be very busy in summer months.

From the manager: HI Dog mess goes in any of the bin areas placed throughout the site - there are issues with people misusing specified dog-mess bins with general or recyclable rubbish but we will look into this. With regards showers - there are in fact 3 shower blocks on-site, containing a total 9 shower cubicles. We have never had issues with over use, even on the busiest of bank holidays, and there is always plenty of warm water having gone 90% self sufficient with our own electricity production this year. Best regards Mark Amanda and Mark
