What customers say
This is a well-maintained campsite with beautiful views and friendly, helpful staff. Facilities, including toilets and showers, are frequently praised for their cleanliness and warmth. The on-site shop is well-stocked, and the location is ideal for walking and visiting local attractions. Some guests noted that the WiFi is only available at reception and that the ground can be stony. A few reviews mentioned that additional toilet blocks would be beneficial during peak times. Overall, guests highly recommend the site and express a desire to return.

Excellent stay. The site is well maintained and staff are brilliant
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked A good selection of fields to choose from to e sure you got the right 'vibe' for your needs. There were options for groups, those with Children and those who wanted a more quiet camping experience.
The staff on site were excellent. Shout out to Lawrence for going out of his way to assist us with the fire pit hire to ensure we had one suitable for our pitch.
The facilities are good. Never a long wait for toilets or showers, if at all.
Shop on site stocks all the essentials needed as well as a good selection of BBQ meats. Breakfast sandwiches were served daily and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday they have food trucks coming in offering a variety of different foods.
Disliked Nothing, TBH.

Lacks privacy
Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch (no awning)
Liked Typical campsite with hard standing gravel sites with electricity. The children's play park was good. The staff were friendly.
Disliked The site was busy and the space between pitches was small. There was a smell of sewage when the wind blew in a certain direction and the bins were very full. Limited number of showers for the size of site. A public footpath ran straight through the site. I expected more from the campsite shop.
