What customers say
This holiday park offers excellent facilities including a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant, with many guests praising the friendly and helpful staff and good value for money. Camping pods are generally clean, warm, and spacious. However, some guests experienced issues with WiFi connectivity, limited phone signal, and pitch locations, particularly on gravel. While many enjoyed their stay and would return, a few found the pods too small or the site not ideal for touring caravans.

.Good Value, Clean and friendly. Plenty to do in and around the area.
Electric optional gravel touring pitch
Liked Very spacious considering our motorhome is 7 metres, and we had a car. We brought our 2 and a half year old granddaughter was very unsure how things would go, but we were very happy the soft play indoors was great ,close to seats to watch her and the bar for a tipple ! and the sky sports for Grandad ,what more could one ask for, the Amusement arcade was small which was kind to the pocket and had 2p and 10p games nice and reasonable. We had food and it was a sensible price and hot. The pool was also connected to the main area so perfect. we drove to Bowness 20 minutes away and the oasis Zoo 15 minutes drive. Showers were lovely, not sure if there was a family shower ! so me and husband risked it early in the morning sharing the showering of our Granddaughter in the ladies !! We will come back, there was no evening Entertainment but by 7-30 p.m we were all ready for bed. We really had a great time.

Disliked Pitches are just like being in the car park, many visitors to the leisure facilities park around you.
No outdoor personal space if you want to sit out in an evening.
Having to pay extra for electric.

Camping pod (pet friendly)
Liked The pod exceeded my expectations by far! I was a little nervous about this trip as I didn’t take into account how cold it would be in November but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my pod. It had ample plug sockets and heating that made it lovely and toasty for the whole stay. They are like a tardis! There’s so much room on the inside. The facilities were great and overall very very happy. Will definately look to book again in future.
Disliked Nothing not to like, the only thing I would suggest is it would be nice to have a matt on the floor so you have somewhere to wipe your muddy shoes/boots before entering the pod
