Electric grass pitch
Liked: Very clean, quiet and well looked after site. Lovely on site dog walking area, nice additions such as herb garden and pizza oven (closed when we were there). In door kitchen with fridge. Spotless shower/toilet area. Option of dog sitting service and plenty of tourist info onsite. We were visiting Beeston castle and Manchester city centre
Disliked: Not so much a dislike. Just an observation…. Onsite shop did not appear to open Sunday 11am. Could do with a seat in the shower area. WiFi - pay only

Electric grass pitch
Liked: Great site and excellent level pitches with electric hookup.
House keeping excellent. Very clean and well kept site. A credit to the staff who all work hard to maintain the standards.
Excellent shower/toilet facilities continually heated so no issues in colder weather.
Staff very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a good one.
Pub serving good food just a few hundred yards down the road a bonus.
Will become a regular place for our weekend camping trips.
Disliked: All good

Electric grass pitch
Liked: Lovely caravan & touring park. Very spacious good size pitches & well kept site. Great dog walking area. Shower block very clean.
Very welcoming helpful staff.
We were offered a gravel pitch instead of the grass one we booked as the weather was so bad.
Great pub nearby doing lovely food. On site shop selling lots of basics & directions to walks in the area.
Disliked: The pitch we were on was very close to the amenities & various activities on the site.
Our 2nd morning we were woken to sound of digging using very noisy electrical equipment which carried on during the morning. Next day a huge sewage tanker arrived presumably removing waste. Smell was awful. There was deliveries & general maintenance. It was not a peaceful stay & we only booked 3 nights. Not what you want on holiday. I would advise having a pitch away from the main drag.
