Freedom for All Camping: Around the site

General

  • Naturist site with private fields in the South Yorkshire countryside
  • A 25-minute drive from Doncaster city centre; dog walks nearby
  • Covered communal area; barbecues permitted; pub and walks nearby

Let down your hair a little at Freedom for All Camping… this is a peaceful naturist site in a remote location in South Yorkshire, so you won’t have to worry about being out in the open. Here, you’ll have plenty of space to wander around freely without the hassle of any public rights of way, as the private fields are 25 minutes’ drive away from Doncaster city centre (day trips to spy the minster or go bargain hunting, anyone?)

Wildlife is at large around this site… and you might catch the site’s alpacas and the sheep and their lambs having their own laidback time surrounded by the restful rural scenery. Those of you wanting to bring your dog along for the merry time are in luck, as the site permits dogs, so long as they’re hooked up at all times. Handily, there are some scenic walks surrounding the site to make sure you and your pal both get in your daily exercise.

Of course, it’s all about the chilled-out times here, so where will you go to unwind first? Well, once you’ve parked up, there’s a covered communal area where guests can say hello. Barbecues are provided by the site, so perhaps that might be your first target. Otherwise, there’s a family-run pub just 15 minutes’ walk away down the road.

You’ll be able to keep yourself feeling fresh and breezy here too, as the amenities block has showers and toilets. Other handy facilities include a dishwashing area and wifi.

Please note

As a nudist site, guests of all ages must comply with the nudist policy if holidaying on the site.

Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Was not in the field where we were supposed to be pitched and therefore hurriedly supplied power supply was distributed and kept cutting out all over the weekend and spoiled the visit to some degree The noisy music in the field next door we were made aware of prior to arrival but 0300 0400 hours is not acceptable

Everything. Anita and Shaun, the owners, are lovely and very welcoming. Anything you need, just ask and they are more than willing to help. The site has a great community spirit to it. The fire at night is great for get togethers with other campers and most nights you will find a great group of people sat around it. Toilets and showers are kept very clean and tidy. It really is freedom for all here, stay clothed or go bare butt, no one will mind either way. There is a fab burger van onsite, I recommend the chips :) While you are there, don’t forget to take a walk around and meet the Alpacas, you will love the one with the attitude, you can’t miss him, funny guy he is. Would highly recommend this place for all, be it your first time or your 50th, I guarantee you will be made to feel comfortable. We came for 5 days, we decided to stay on, now on day 14 :)

I'm just home from a very relaxing first visit to Manor Farm (Freedom for All Camping). The owner and other campers were so friendly, I was made to feel extremely welcome!!
As soon as I arrived I was given a tour of the facilities, help with choosing a comfortable pitch and assistance with the tent.
Even the camp cat took me on a ramble around the farm.
This is probably going to be my Go-To site for chilling out.

A good site for naturist and not suitable for teens looking for a piss up.
A very friendly naturist site on a quiet rural farm away from prying eyes.
    Very clean toilets and showers.
A great site if it's your 1st time at naturisum, you will feel at home as soon as you get your clothes off.
Owners Anita and Shaun are great people who will make you feel at home.
There are 2 fields with or with out ehu.
We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4.
There is a great friendly atmosphere at night time around the wood burner. Bring your own drinks have a chat, have a laugh, get to know everyone.
Remember to take insert repellent because you will need it.
There is a kitchen with fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, ect.
10' plunge pool great for cooling off when it hot or after 2 many drinks around the wood burner.
There are a lot of people who return time after time. Which we will be doing.

Local attractions

How do you like to spend your downtime? Perhaps with a game of golf to brush up on your swing? A day out at the races? Getting googly-eyed at the artefacts in museums or skimming through art galleries? From Freedom for All Camping, you’ll get to do them all, as it’s well within reach of the local golf course (15 minutes’ drive), Doncaster Racecourse (25 minutes) and Doncaster city centre (25 minutes) for museums, galleries and shops.

There’s much more entertainment at Xscape Yorkshire (half an hour). See, this entertainment centre is chock-full with activities, some gutsier than others, such as the indoor ski slopes, and others easier, such as miniature golf, bowling and the cinema.

Of course, some of you may be in search of adrenaline, and that’s okay, because Hatfield Water Park (20 minutes) is all about the watersports and aqua park, and Go Ape Normanby Hall (45 minutes) will soon get your heart racing, thanks to its treetop ropes course and zipwires.

Other motley activities that you might want to introduce to your itinerary include a Victorian-style afternoon out in Brodsworth Hall and Gardens (25 minutes) or a little walking safari around Yorkshire Wildlife Park (35 minutes).
