What customers say
A peaceful, adults-only site with stunning countryside and sea views. Visitors praise the excellent, clean facilities, including spacious showers and toilets. The well-stocked honesty shop is a popular addition. Easy access to the Cinder Track and coastal paths makes it ideal for walkers and cyclists. Some minor points include occasional road noise, intermittent Wi-Fi, and the need for more signage. The site is well-maintained and offers a relaxing escape.

Brilliant find, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, felt safe.
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen, showers and toilets. The shower was actually warm and pleasant.
Finding the pitches was simple and the pitches were large and can easily take a van, awning and have enough room for seating and a fire pit if that’s your thing.
The honesty shop is well stocked but didn’t have cause to use it.
Great location for using the Cinder Track or Cleveland Way.
Lovely walks and rides directly from the site.
Lovely meeting fellow travellers on site too. Loved it so much I booked an extra night.
Disliked Didn’t need to use the WiFi but the signal wasn’t the best 🤷♀️

Non-electric hardstanding and grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely site quiet in the middle of no where but sea views and only short drives to Robin hood Bay, Scarborough and Whitby. Easy access to Cinder track. 40min walk to the cafe. Good size pitches. Ours was level but some pitches would of needed the raisers. Clean facilties. Honesty shop great touch. There was wifi but didnt reach our pitch but not a problem for us.
