Be aware when booking pitches very very close together.
Electric grass tent pitch
Liked Decent toilets and showers - clean. Showers are 20p for 2 minutes but we didn’t mind that. Pot cleaning area good with very hot water for washing up.
Pub well stocked. Play park good for the kids.
Disliked Tents very crammed together - felt like the neighbours were in our tent too!
Not a fault of the actual site but …
We had noisy neighbours either side of us - one night keeping us up till 2am.
Cars are driving on site at all hours of the night - driving to the toilet block and back we suspected. There didn’t seem to be a curfew time for noise or if there was no one was courteous enough to adhere to it. We left a day early because 1. Couldn’t deal with the noisy neighbour up again till all hours singing and shouting on when we have 3 children and 2 dogs with us it unsettled them and 2. There was a storm warning so we decided to pack up early.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good with onsite bar and food served!
Disliked Just after midnight the residents who stayed in the caravans were extremely loud when leaving the clubhouse. Shouting and laughing for 30-40 minutes while making their way back.
Also the kids on the park were pretty feral. A lot of swearing, shouting and fighting with each other. Was quite intimidating for any other kids trying to play nicely.

At £25 per night it was good value.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Friendly staff, clean toilets, extra space in non electric field. Bar prices cheap and had premier league football on which was good when raining!
Disliked Glad we didn’t have electric hook up in the end as that field was packed.
