Liked: Set in the heart of the North Yorkshire countryside, this site boasts 365 views of fields and forms accompanied by the dulcid tones of the local wildlife. Electricity is not capped, rubbish collected daily from the pitch, clean well maintained site and facilities. The bar is well stocked and popular, and so has a great inviting atmosphere. BBQ food at reasonable prices too.
Disliked: The site could be further enhanced with the addition of WiFi and laundry room (they might actually have one I did not ask, but could not see one).

Liked: Quiet where we were pitched
Disliked: We stayed here as a base when meeting with family. Our pitch was in a quiet area of the campsite. Other areas of the site looked very cramped and looked like there were a lot of permanent pitches. We’re used to staying in more scenic places and this is definitely not scenic. Didn’t try the bar or food. Nowhere to empty our grey waste and was told to just open the tap at the top of the hill when leaving the site!!!!

Liked: Nice and quiet area but very close to Scarborough. Friendly staff, clean toilets. Looks like a nice bar area but didn’t go in. Would imagine it would be good for children.
Disliked: No hot water in washing area. Feels a little residential.
