Syntes om Lady Edith's is a fab little campsite. The facilities block is clean and tidy . Showers are really hot but you need a 20p coin to work them. The club house is great for a few drinks but it is a little bit rowdy on an evening playing music until late. The barmaid was very friendly and runs herself ragged to ensure everyone has what they need. She is a real asset. Most of the people using the club house are owners who stay on the site most of the time. The reviews say they do food on site but they don't. Maybe its seasonal as they did have a board with a breakfast menu on it but no actual food. They offered us a pizza menu and advised us that we can order for delivery and eat in the club house if we wanted to. Our pitch was next to the gravel road through the site and was very busy and noisy all night with owners coming and going in cars. A very nice man collected out rubbish bag and disposed of it for us on the morning we left. The campsite is in woodland but you can walk to the main road about 15 mins away to catch a bus to Scarborough .

Syntes ikke om Only 3 toilets and showers. Can imagine the queue when peak season. Cars driving around onside throughout the night. Could have additional toilets closer to the camping areas to prevent this

Syntes om Toilets and facilities kept clean ,friendly welcoming staff club house and area very nice, food on Fri and sat evening lovely ,great location nr to Scarborough

Syntes ikke om Disabled bathroom shower wall and shower itself really dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time I had to clean it myself before I could let my son use it ,toilet sink and floor ok but shower not been touched , could do with closer water tap to camping field, staff should monitor visitors more lots of inconsiderate guests shouting swearing and up till gone 5 am in the morning my last night I got no sleep what so ever and had to pack up n drive home that day which I found really difficult due to lack of sleep .

Syntes om Brilliant views, pitch sizes was perfect, as flat as they could be. The walks was great, bit muddy due to the rain but that's not the places fault. The facilities was so clean and the showers was great temperature yes you pay 20p for 2 minutes but its enough to get washed etc and can always add more if you wanted, and short walk from the tent pitches. Childrens play area was great for our 3. Noise levels was a minmum after 10pm.
Small walk to a bus stop if you dont want to do much driving.

Syntes om Toilets and showers clean.
Staff great and helpful. Especially the lady that cleaned the toilets and showers etc.
Rubbish collected daily and the men collecting it were really nice.
It wasn’t as busy when we went. So we had plenty of room for ehu. I can imagine in peak times it would be over crowded.

Syntes ikke om The only down side is 20p 2 minutes for a shower that some people would moan about. I didn’t mind as they were clean at all times.
