The site was level and the facilities were excellent. There was a fridge and freezer for guests to use. We looked out over open fields. The fire pit was great. The owners checked we had everything we needed. The local area was lovely with lots of places to visit and plenty of excellent country pubs

Not far from Dalby forest, beach, Pickering, cute goats and other animals, fire pits, fridge

    Disliked:

Toilets not always clean, no shelf / not enough hooks in shower room, floor in shower rooms very sloppy once wet and no proper mats or mop to clean up after shower, gate onto fast road left open - not ideal for young children, only one washing up sink.

Beautiful setting at the edge of the Yorkshire Moors. The site is well kept by a lovely, friendly couple. There are cute pigmy goats in the field adjacent to the site and alpacas and chickens on the small farm. The pitches are spacious and fairly level and not too close together. We will definitely return.

Brilliant site, definitely come again. Loved the nice, large flat pitches, the individual bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink were fab.and the shower was hot and powerful. The site was very peaceful, the perfect place to relax and switch off. The animals were a bonus.. watching the goats with their babies was very entertaining. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the fact no play area for kids as it made the site feel more peaceful and chilled.
    Great location and affordable pitches.
