Free fire pit available, washing up and drinking facilities and compost toilet always in good clean condition. Always love a night away, our favourite local camping site ❤️

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Open field, not over crowded, had firepits to use, toilets, washing up hut, drinking water. Offered to store bikes in secure barn.
They sold firewood for firepit.
Wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a wild camp
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Such a wonderful, isolated spot. The weather helped but you truly felt on adventure. Staff very helpful and pleasant, even lending me a spoon as I'm a bad camper and didn't have anything to eat my tea with. Drop toilets and a sink, just enough to get you buy without digging your own hole or bringing dirty dishes back.
Excellent site to watch aircraft from both local RAF/USAF basis
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked Friendly welcome, lovely flat open spaces but also the secluded tree areas.
Basic but very well kept long drop toilets and washing up areas.
Ability to watch fast jets land and take off
Logs and fire pits were great
Disliked Nothing
A site for big sky watching with a campfire
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked The massive field and a big sky were breathtaking. At night I could hear all the animals in the surrounding countryside. My two dogs had a lovely time walking around site, including tree walkways. Sat out at night with a campfire watching the stars and moon. Total relaxation. There were dog kennels nearby and jets, from the nearby RAF base, during the day but didn’t bother us in the slightest. In fact I was inspired to travel 15mins to RAF Lakenheath to watch them take off, awesome! Owners of the site were very accommodating and helpful. Loved it and will be going back.
Disliked Literally can’t think of an issue I had.
