What customers say
This is a spacious, quiet, and peaceful campsite set in beautiful rural surroundings. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful hosts, clean facilities including hot showers, and the ample space available. Wildlife and the farm atmosphere are highlights for many. While some note the limited number of toilet/shower facilities could be an issue when busy, others found them perfectly adequate. Occasional farm machinery noise is mentioned as a minor point.

Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked Love the scenery and quiteness of the campsite.
I was taking to the owner of the campsite and she adding more facilities like more toilets and showers as its getting busier!
Disliked The shower tray was flooded and you had bit of a problem drying your feet to put your shoes on.

Fantastic facilities and gracious host. Great casual camping spot.
Bell tent
Liked Excellent toilet and shower facilities for what is essentially just a field. plumbed and electric, available 24/7. clean drinking water and washing station. Gorgeous views, gracious and chatty host. Highly recommend staying here. The bell tents are so well out together, it was safe and warm the whole time.
Disliked Nothing? Maybe it would be nice to know what kind of animals are in the area, I can see kids getting spooked by all the noises at night, but we had a wonderful time.

Liked Very quiet rural location - had a really “get away from it all” feel. Beautiful large camping field and spotless toilets. Showers also very clean but looked to be rather cramped. Drinking water tap from owner’s borehole. Sadie the owner met me on arrival and was very welcome and helpful. Really enjoyed my peaceful overnight stay.
