What customers say
This peaceful campsite offers a vast, level field with ample space between pitches and beautiful rural views. Facilities, including toilet and shower blocks, are consistently praised for their cleanliness and good hot water. Visitors highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts, with particular mention of the baby donkey. While some noted the potential for queues at the single toilet/shower facilities during busy periods and a lack of washing-up area, the overall experience is described as tranquil and well-maintained, with many expressing a desire to return.

We loved our stay, it was the perfect holiday!
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Really clean site, friendly and welcoming owners, quiet and peaceful. Well kept field, close to great wild swimming site at friars meadow, close to shops if needed but feels remote and peaceful when on site. Good shade at the edge of the field at different times of day. Close to the road but incredibly quiet. Perfect site for a toddler to run as much as they like. Good open space for ball games/frisbee. Would recommend the zero2 bus museum and friars meadow wild swimming! Accidently clicked review WiFi - no WiFi but we loved this

Great Site - Beautiful Location
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Great campsite surrounded by beautiful countryside. Spent 2 nights here over the bank holiday and loved it, the field was spacious and there were some nice spots along the perimeter which were shaded by mature trees. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and great to talk with and the atmosphere on site was easy and friendly. The facilities were basic toilet, shower and washing up sink but were clean and provided all you need whilst camping. Enjoyed the local area with wild swimming at Friars Meadow, a mooch around Sudbury and some lovely walks straight from campsite.
Disliked Nothing.
