Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked: Stayed at Acorn Meadow campsite for one night, booked through Pitchup. Meet Fred onsite, who was friendly and showed us the camp's facilities and recommended a nearby pub for food. Lovely and picturesque campsite located in a quiet location. Flat and cut grass pitches. Vehicles are allowed onsite. There were 3 other campers onsite, one with a dog. Two portaloo toilets and single shower facility. Drinking and non drinking water taps and along with a washing sink. There are various bins located near these facilities. There are a couple of benches underneath a canopy. There is alot of wildlife in these campsite so expect to be woken up by the twittering of birds. I think this campsite is relatively new judging by the state of facilities and no location on Google maps. Happy to stay here again if we are in the area again.
Disliked: Only one shower facility though wasn't an issue with waiting as not many other campers at that time.

Liked: Had a fantastic stay at this peaceful campsite. There was no shortage of beautiful wildlife; pheasants, hedgehogs, squirrels and rabbits were all regular visitors during our weekend stay. The host was incredibly friendly, and super helpful. Really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing break. We’ll definitely return before the end of summer!

Liked: Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, Fred. Toilet and shower facilities clean and more than adequate for the cost of being non electric hook up guests. Pub within walking distance which served a delicious Sunday roast at a great price. Nice and quiet. Short car journey to shops. Looking forward to our next stay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Proper camping site.
