What customers say
This peaceful riverside site offers spacious, level pitches, clean and warm facilities, and a popular on-site pub serving excellent food. It’s praised for its rural charm, abundant wildlife, and proximity to walking and cycling routes, with the village and train station within easy walking distance. While some reviewers noted minor issues with dated facilities or intermittent hot water, the overall experience is highly positive, with many planning return visits.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Location, Location, Location. Beautiful walks and runs along the river. Lots of amazing scenery and wildlife. Couple of nice little pubs in the village and a handy shop for anything you need. Facilities very clean.
Disliked Very impersonal experience. No one on site to welcome and direct you on arrival or to speak to if any issues. Freezing cold showers are character building but a bit of hot water would have been nice. Lack of recycling facilities plus overflowing bins.
