Reedham Ferry Touring and Camping Park

Понравилось Great campsite, we had a non electric grass pitch which aren't allocated so you can really spread out and make your own area. The facilities were cleaned at least twice a day and maintained well, lots of spiders in the lights but it's nature! The pub was brilliant, great burger, good beer and location was fab. We will definitely come back we had a wonderful time.

Не понравилось Some showers didn't work properly or turned off quickly, I found one shower in the ladies that worked well but my partner found the men's showers hit and miss, some had locks not working or they turned off straight away, it was manageable by putting a towel over the door but could get annoying and a bit of TLC for these would make it a great experience for everyone.

Понравилось The location is beautiful, calm and quiet. The perfect escape. The pub along the river was lovely, we spent a lot of time watching the boats. The facilities were lovely and clean, very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and kept the place looking amazing. Everyone there were so respectful, noise was kept to a minimum, families were playing in the field. It was lovely, my two little ones absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend and I know for sure we will definitely be going back!
Price was extremely reasonable too!

Не понравилось We had a non electric pitch, it would have been nice to have access to a plug in the shower block just so I could use a hair dryer to dry my girls hair before bed. I know I could have got an electric pitch and that could solve the problem, but I've been to a few sites where they have somewhere you can dry your hair/get ready etc and I think this would be a nice touch at this site. There was a plug in the block but it was labeled 'staff use only'.
There's nothing I disliked I just thought this is something that may improve the site slightly.

Понравилось Location is great for walks, pub , watching boats etc

Не понравилось Facilities are getting dated, could do with updated shower and toilet block , still have to put grey water down manhole in road (!!!!)
Lacking maintenance all around and smells from sewers backing up occasionally was not good

Понравилось Very calm and peaceful, relaxed campsite, decent showers, super quiet at night, everything you need

Не понравилось Wifi did not work at all which is absolutely fine on a campsite but then it shouldn’t say that there is

Понравилось The size of our pitch, the facilities were lovely and clean, it was fun to use the ferry, great to have a pub on the doorstep.

Novelty of the ferry
Pub linked to the site, although we did not use this
Live music heard from the pub garden which was nice to hear on the site

Не понравилось Too few toilets and showers for the size of the site, resulting in having to queue
Lack of shelf or rack in the showering area for toiletries
Lack of dry rack to stand on when dressing
Showers did not appear to have been cleaned in the time we were there (2 nights) as a sticking plaster remained in the cubicle

Понравилось A little disappointed with our recent visit. We’re regulars and usually love this place, it’s everything we want, and we’ve always had excellent experiences, especially out of season. This time, however, some of the clientele let the atmosphere down. The toilets and facilities were left in a very poor state, and several people had their dogs off leads despite the clear signage and rules. It’s sad to see, as anyone visiting for the first time would get the wrong impression.

Понравилось Very peaceful, fantastic location next to the broads, great pub and riverside walk to Reedham with more pubs!! Facilities looked clean, we only stayed 1 night, non electric pitch. A few midgies but nothing to bother about. Electric went while we were there but it is a remote spot which is why it’s so lovely! Will definitely return for a longer stay. Used the ferry which was fun!
