What customers say
This riverside campsite is praised for its friendly staff, beautiful location, and well-maintained facilities, including clean showers and toilets. Pitches are generally spacious and level. While some guests noted road noise and dated shower facilities, the overall experience is highly positive, with many visitors expressing a desire to return. The on-site shop and nearby pub are also convenient amenities.

We enjoyed our stay, nice camp, nice pitch good location for visiting.
Electric optional grass touring pitch
Liked Nice views and location near the river… convenient store across the road. Good size pitch. Kevin was very helpful when we inadvertently overloaded the EHU. Good showers (no button to keep pressing)
Disliked Noise from road, ladies toilet often had full bin and spent toilet rolls. Gents toilet cubicle wall does not go to the floor so in the event of the shower being used, splashes come under wetting floor, shoes etc. No reception type signage

Just a good little site in our favourite part of the country.
Electric optional grass touring pitch
Liked We liked the site, we liked the facilities and utilities, we liked the price, we liked the couple who ran it, we liked the area too.
Some complained of the traffic noise but we didn't find it at all intrusive, the military jets are out and about at times but we found them 'interesting'.
I would like to say something negative to keep folk away so that we could go back knowing it'll be quiet... But l can't.
Thanks Anna and Kev.
P.S. We came with another couple, our friends, who also had a touring caravan. We all enjoyed it together... Magic!
Disliked NOWT!

Lovely small site with good facilities
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Small site, good toilets and showers, lovely location by the river, lots of water points and friendly reception. 25 minute stroll to a lovely village-owned pub with good food.
Disliked Traffic noise was the only downside, especially in the tent area. I think it was worse during my visit because farm tractors were running early and late to bring in harvest. It's probably worth paying a little more to be in the quieter touring area.

Stopped last year for the night…
Electric optional grass touring pitch
Liked Stopped last year for the night , so stopped again on the way back from a show, love this site, really nice size, super friendly owners, by the canal, nice clean facilities, well spaced pitches. 20 min walk into the village of Stoke Ferry and great little pub The Blue Bell. Highly recommended chilled site.
Disliked Nothing,

Lovely site but very noisy
Electric optional grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely location next to the river
Disliked The road noise was terrible. Where we were pitched we could see the bridge over the river and there was an almost constant stream of artics and tractors crossing the bridge. During the night I was kept awake by what I think were tractors and trailers, maybe the farmers were working through the night to get the harvest in. Then on Monday morning we were woken by fighter jets from Marham!!
