Liked: Very peaceful and relaxing pitch near to the water. Mark the manager is amazing nothing is to much trouble, from arriving to departure he's there to help. The site itself is a good size with great facilities ( refurbished shower blocks) everything is spotless. The bar on site is very friendly with very reasonable prices and a great bar man ( Mark)

Liked: Just returned from a 5 night stay, didn't want to leave. it was such a lovely site, everything was perfect. Very friendly family, Mark was always pleasant and helpful, had a few laughs with him. The toilet and shower were very clean, rubbish removed every day, just couldn't fault it at all.. They have really achieved a lot. We are planing on going back August /September can't wait.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like, oh catch a few more fish would have been nice 🤣

Liked: One of the best adult only caravan sites we have visited, its a very quite and peaceful site with no road noises, with water points around the site so not to far to fill the water barrel, there are 3 shower and toilet blocks dotted around the site that are very clean all with elsan and grey waste disposal, There is WiFi where we parked we got a speed of around 10 mbps so watching Netflix or prime wasn't a problem, if you like fishing its very good the wife and me caught a lot of carp from 7lb to just over 20lb, there is plenty of other fish as well, I hear there is dog walks nearby or you can just walk the dogs around the large lake in a big circle with dog poo bins around the site, also there is a nice friendly bar that opens certain days of the week, it's a family run site that are very friendly and want your stay to be as good as possible, we liked it so much that we are now booking this site again for next year..
Disliked: Grey waste disposal is too high , but they told me it might get changed

Liked: What an amazing weekend we had! We got caught in traffic meaning a very late arrival, Mark was super lovely and got us on our pitch and settled very swiftly! We then lost our van key so had to stay another night whilst waiting for the spare to arrive in the post, Mark was very accommodating and fished out our rubbish bag so we could check for the key and then delivered the key to our pitch after the postman delivered it. The facilities were spotless and the site as a whole was nice and tidy. Everyone on site was really friendly, my boyfriend had a great time fishing the lake and caught some big fish. We have busy corporate jobs and had a child free weekend so wanted the opportunity to unwind and relax, that's exactly what we got to do, it was so tranquil and beautiful. We absolutely will be recommending to friends and will be visiting again soon!
