- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Fishing is charged £8 per day and £5 per half day (4 hours). Strictly no night fishing.

Liked Very nice size pitch with plenty of space and privacy, toilets and shower were very clean and tidy and the fishing wasn't to bad had a couple of nice looking carp and the owners were very nice people couldn't do more too help what a pleasure too deal with

Liked Very welcoming, peaceful quiet campsite with all amenities that are clean with use of microwave etc in washing up area.
Close to the lovely village of Barrow and has a very good bus link to major towns and supermarkets.

Liked Lovely peaceful site. Good walks for dogs. Very well looked after short grass and nice flowers beds .Two extremely gorgeous ponds with an abundance of wildlife.
Very nice owners who are extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked Very pretty site, with lakes with ducks and geese amongst the greenery. Good pitches with water supplied. Shower, toilet and washing facilities all excellent. Had a lovely time.

Liked Super views over the lake, good size hardstanding pitch, water tap very close, friendly owners. We didn't use the facilities as we had our own, but they all looked clean. Washing facilities available too if needed. Lovely site and will definitely be returning.
