What customers say
Guests appreciate the abundance of activities for children, friendly staff, and convenient location. However, numerous reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the cleanliness and dated state of toilet and shower facilities, with some pitches described as small and noisy. While the swimming pool and entertainment are popular, booking issues and occasional overcrowding are noted.

Squashed in like sardines
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Not a whole lot, the only things we enjoyed as a family were things that cost additional- the escape room was fab ( Graham does a great job) and mini golf was a fun 40 min activity. The site would be far better value for money with less people squeezed on so you could at least enjoy chilling at your pitch and get into the pool
Disliked The pitches are far to close together, cigarette butts all over, toilets were not as bad as we expected reading some recent reviews but definitely not clean, i watched one cleaner “clean” them mopping the floors without sweeping up so just moving dirt around, full of mold, drains smell of rotten egg at time and showers so low you cant wash ur hair without getting a bad back.
Main reason we booked this site was for the swimming- to arrive and not be able to book one single session as all full so had to queue up & hope we could get in, once we did you got 30/40min in the pool- im assuming lack of swimming spots are that huge parts of the day its used for additional activities that you have to pay extra for and 2 many people on site.
Id recommend bringing ear plugs to anyone going as road noise/ noise from other people and seagulls at 5am meant non of us got much sleep so we left a day earlier than planned.

The park on the whole was…
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The park on the whole was great, swimming pool, entertainment, activities and arcade were positives. The pitch we were on was very spacious and really close to the main complex. Staff were friendly and the park was clean and tidy. The location of the park was great and enabled us to explore Great Yarmouth and beyond.
Disliked We found the shower and toilet facilities, especially in the women’s block to be sub par. There was an unpleasant odour unfortunately despite when time to went in. The height of the showers was also a negative, as they were incredibly short making for an awkward shower. Alright for my 10 year old at 4ft, but not for me and my 16 year old. Even less convenient for my partner at 6ft6.

Lots to do with kids! Shower and Toliet lets it down!
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Tent pitch was a good size and swimming pool was good
Disliked Shower and Toliet block was horrendous! Smell of mould was awful! Mould on the ceilings and the showers were very low down on the wall! If you could even call them showers! They need a a good revamp

The onsite shop was the only…
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The onsite shop was the only positive aspect of our stay. It was well stocked and convenient.
Disliked The stay was disappointing overall, particularly as it was booked for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday.
The toilet facilities were in poor condition, with frequent flooding and inadequate cleanliness.
The swimming pool also appeared poorly maintained, with visible debris in the water.
Our pitch had a significant ant problem, which made it difficult to use the outdoor table.
We were informed that my mum’s motorhome was too large to be located in the same area as our pitch, however we observed larger vehicles in the same section of the site. We were also told the area was not dog friendly, yet dogs were present on neighbouring pitches.
These inconsistencies in site rules affected our ability to stay together as a family for the birthday trip.
In addition, we found the prices across the park to be high relative to the facilities provided.
Overall, apart from the shop, the experience did not meet expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.
