Peaceful lakeside retreat, perfect for a relaxing family camping trip.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked From the start, Andy was friendly and helpful, sending instructions to the site, greeting us and answering any questions we had.
The site is a secluded paradise by a small lake. We had plenty of room to set up our tent and enjoyed the woodland and lakeside walks. Our kids loved spotting the wildlife and greeting the site pheasant who visited regularly.
The toilet block had all the amenities we could need - sink, toilet, shower and mugs and plates, even some coffee which was great as we forgot ours!
At night the solar lights came on which made the short walk to the toilet block seem like a fairy trail.
The fish and chips from the local chippie in Dickleborough were great, too.
Disliked Nothing. It was a perfect stay. So glad to have found this place.

Absolutely amazing! Large private camping area…
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Absolutely amazing! Large private camping area with your own kitchen, toilet and shower. Kids loved the peaceful walk around the lake spotting deer, pheasants and ducks. Had a table and chairs under shelter, bbq and a fire pit which made things a lot easier and saved a lot of space packing. Thank you for being so kind and helpful from booking our camping holiday all through until departure. Will continue to recommend and would love to go back.
