Liked Very pleasant, small campsite. The pitches are quite flat and reasonably well spaced (there's a requirement to be min 6m apart). The facilities are excellent - toilet block, showers, and small "store" with basics.

Liked Lovely hot shower, quiet and peaceful, very friendly, honesty box for snacks. Good sized pitch. Lot's of walks from site.
Disliked I think it would be better if the Washing up area had some sort of roof over it, as it's great in sunny weather but if raining you would get wet trying to wash your pots. And if possible a mirror in the showers.

Liked The camp site is nice, clean and tidy. My self and my wife enjoyed staying there for three night in a tent. We were traveling on a motorbike.
Although it is a basic campsite in terms of facilities, never the less it was peaceful and all around pleasant.
-showers are clean, good, with hot water
-toilets are a little tricky, but close to nature, functional, and generally clean.
We will stay there again if we are traveling in the area.
Many thanks to the camp operator, he is very helpful.
Disliked Nothing we disliked about the place and nothing negative.

Liked Really lovely campsite surrounded by beautiful countryside. Very quiet and peaceful. The facilities are basic, clean and charming. There were fire pits available to borrow and wood and snacks available to buy. I didn't see any campsite owner but there was a tel number to call if you needed anything ( I didn't). I have only knocked off one star because of the lack of electricity to charge a phone, most campsites have free phone charging. I think a solar panel with battery and charging facility would be a good addition to the site.

Liked My first time here, stayed for 2 peaceful nights as a solo female and felt very safe. Very friendly site that had everything I needed. Wild camping but with a bit of luxury 😁
Loads of open space, just drive in and choose your own spot on the mown grass. Lots of info on the welcome board as you drive in and a small honesty shop selling snacks, drinks and firewood. Free fire pits at your disposal too. Composting toilet, sinks, showers, waste area all spotlessly clean. Wooded area for walks and adventure. I didn't walk into the local village but it's not far and there's a pub and a shop. About a mile away is the river great ouse where there's a carpark and slipway, perfect for kayakers and wild swimmers. Across the riverbank is a pub too!
I loved the nature around here and especially hearing the cows in the field opposite having a moooooo🐄
