Traditional village pub
Pitches up high so great views
Spacious serviced pitches
Pitches with rural views

  • Small site in the grounds of a Callow End traditional village pub
  • A 15-minute drive from the Malvern Hills and Worcester
  • Large beer garden with outdoor tables, play area and chickens
For those couples/travelling parties that frequently face disagreement over whose turn it is to be designated driver, there’s really only one sensible solution: bed down right there at the pub. Dozing off at the bar might be considered a little unseemly, so The Old Bush’s owners Matt and Karen have come up with a better solution and set up pitches in the garden area behind their rural Worcestershire pub. Thus guests can partake of dinners accompanied by a few local ales/ciders before strolling home (to a peaceful corner with drinking water, showers and 24-hour toilets) in just a couple of minutes – how civilised. In fact, the whole setup here is rather civilised: The Old Bush is a traditional country pub in the little village of Callow End, with food available at lunch and dinner times, plus a menu of mini meals for smaller guests. On warmer days the merriment spills out into the garden, where there’s a play area, an aviary and a little flock of chickens along with plenty of tables for open-air drinking, dining and admiring the views over the Malvern hills. Of course, one can’t sit around in the pub all day (well, maybe not every day, anyway…), so it’s worth noting that this is also a handy location for walks, horse riding, games of golf, fishing and days out in Worcester and Malvern (both 15 minutes away by car). Handily, if you do ‘accidentally’ sup one too many at lunchtime there’s a bus stop in the village so you can still get out and about.

Nice to have a shop and cafe there too and the option of the pub.

Electric optional gravel motorhome pitch

Liked This beautiful Inn in a tranquil village is a great place to stay for one/two nights.
We were welcomed on our arrival by a lovely lady in the bar and after a nice cold cider 😉we parked up on our pitch.

The pitches are at the rear of the pub with a toilet block with a small cafe / shop in-between this and the pub and glamping pods at the top of the hill.

The food and drinks availability are fantastic we enjoyed the evening sat in the beer garden which has plentiful seating and although it was busy, the service was still efficient.

With a night cap we headed to our Campervan and had a peaceful nights sleep.

The whole experience was great!

Disliked Not particularly a dislike 😔 as they were clean ..but the showers were attached to the pub so you had access them by walking past people sat outside eating, would have been more suitable to have them in the toilet block allocated for travellers

Electric optional gravel motorhome pitch

Liked A lovely quiet site, pitches are reasonably level. Shower rooms attached to the pub are very clean and well maintained. Toilets in the camping area are basic but were clean apart from after being used by individuals who are unable to use a toilet brush.
We ate in the pub, food was excellent and all of the staff very cheerful and helpful.
We will definitely visit again.
