General

  • Quiet site between the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills for adults only
  • A 15-minute drive to central Worcester or 35 minutes to Cheltenham
  • Direct access to the A44; one mile from the local railway station

Wandering through Western England is ever so agreeable. With direct access to the speedy A44, adults-only Bowbrook Caravan and Camping makes it a breeze to explore this neck of the woods, whether you've come in search of cosy Cotswolds villages, the rolling Malvern Hills or history-steeped cities like Worcester and Cheltenham.

This spacious, 30-acre site makes a fab base for hols in green surrounds: views here take in nearby Bredon Hill, a handsome farmhouse and fields with plenty of sheep. True to its name, Bowbrook Caravan and Camping is also home to a stream (a wildlife haven full of reeds, willows and the song of visiting birds). For another top riverside spot, head to the village of Wyre Piddle on the banks of the Avon (five minutes' drive).

This straightforward site keeps things simple with its facilities, which stretch to a modern toilet and shower block (with underfloor heating and disabled access to make things welcoming for all), a washing-up point and wifi access. Guests who need to stock up on food have several supermarkets within a 10-minute radius or can head to one of nearby Pershore's Georgian pubs for off-site eats (10 minutes). Dogs are welcome here, but please keep them on leads around the park.

A railway station is on hand a mile down the road, with regular services to Worcester, Oxford and several Cotswold towns.

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitch with private hot tub :)

Just come back from an excellent, peaceful stay at Bowbrook. The pitch with cabin and private hot tub was a surprise birthday stay for my wife. Whilst it was the most we've paid for a pitch it was quite special and immaculately clean. A very secure site with fully serviced hardstanding for our campervan and, importantly, just behind us was the cabin with our own private hot tub and toilet cubicle. The secure dog area outside the cabin door was perfect for our dog.

Near to us was the best toilet/shower block we've experienced. NO push button timer and fixed shower heads here!

The communication from the owners before and during the stay was spot on to help us get on to the site and make the most of our stay. The owners have clearly invested in fairly extensive nature trails through their Bowbrook Nature Reserve which included gravel and grass walking paths. Great for walking the dogs

    We will definitely go again

Everything. This site is so relaxing and peaceful, it was a fabulous stay. We had booked the sauna pod and it was amazing. Just what was needed at this time of year. The grounds have been very well planned with new fruit trees planted. They will be fabulous when mature. The owner/ warden was in frequent contact to check everything was ok for us, but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend this site if a peaceful stay is what you want. Loved it!!

Stayed at the Sauna pitch…this was a great pitch including an enclosed gravel area suitable for dogs and a picnic table with a lovely little shed that houses a toilet and sink table two chairs and the sauna.

Very secure - two coded gates to the entrance.

The path walk takes you around the site plenty of space for dogs.

The text communication system used works well and I felt gave us very clear information whilst feeling you could get hold of the wardens quickly and efficiently when needed.

Lovely clean immaculate showers and toilets.

The work carried out here in the past two years and communication make this a wonderful site to visit even in cooler October weather!

The pitch site and the showers/ toilet area. The sauna was good and the little fenced off area. The communication with Mandi was good.

    Disliked:

Due to very wet weather the site entrance was flooded meaning there was no footpath to leave the campsite. A separate raised area or better drainage might be an idea.

Great site. Quality facilities, good water pressure, clean, hot tub was great. Quiet site with enough distance from road that traffic was not an issue. WiFi included and it worked well.

    Disliked:

Unpleasant smell from farm fields nearby (not sure if this was owners land or nearby farm but it was strong), need some hooks in hot tub cabins for hanging up robes etc.

We stayed in the Cherry Pod for 4 nights. The hot tub was amazing. The site was very quiet, well laid out, and very well maintained. The A44 road was close by but didn't really hear the traffic in the caravan. Check in was easy and the staff helpful and friendly. We were pleased with the two separate gates that were pin controlled for entry and exit. This made the site feel very secure. We will definitely return at some point for another visit.
