Great stay would definitely stay again.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lovely site with beautiful fishing lakes. Nice little shop onsite for essentials and a great fishing tackle shop beneath the reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dogs welcome. Nice showers onsite
Disliked Very close to M69 motorway so takes some getting used to the noise. Not a major problem for us but something to bare in mind.
The toilets are quite far from the non-electric pitches.

From the manager: Hi,
As I explained to you at the time, our office phone can get busy, especially as we have customers to serve as well. You called the office and 15 minutes after your call, I messaged you with all your check in details. Our guests don't usually call us before visiting: They just arrive as they have booked their pitch. I am still unsure why you felt the need to book somewhere else when you had booked with us. I made contact with you minutes after you tried calling. The bailiff was on site until 6pm and his number was also on the office door.
The toilet block was cleaned every single day by the cleaning team and checked throughout the day by the other staff. When you messaged telling me you wanted another night and that you wanted it free of charge, did not make me feel obliged to give you this based on your rather rude manner towards my staff. You had already stated that you were going to complain so I thought it best that perhaps you would have a more enjoyable stay elsewhere.

Liked Nice large field, toilets were clean and well stocked with toilet paper, reception staff were kind upon check in, field was tidy, bins/washing up/water was convenient
Disliked We weren't given a map so had to figure out facilities ourselves, water points weren't signposted (they are the lit up poles by electric pitches, btw)
