What customers say
This is a peaceful, spacious lakeside site, praised for its beautiful views, wildlife and value. Many visitors enjoyed the location for fishing, walking and relaxing. There was initial feedback regarding limited facilities, with only a portaloo available. However, subsequent reviews from June and July 2026 indicate a new, clean toilet block is now operational and praised. Some reviews mention an access road that can be narrow. Overall, the site is recommended for its natural setting and as a relaxing getaway.

Liked Lovely by a lake for back to basics camping. Was expecting a portaloo so really pleasantly surprised by lovely toilet facilities, would have been even better with some lighting in them.
