Disliked Saturday night pumping loud music till 12oclock and being kept awake till 2.45 Sunday morning. Not what we wanted at all on a short brake

Liked Good sized hard gravel Pitch, easy to access even with a Class A dual axle motorhome. Great Public house with home cooked meals.
20 minutes into Ingolmels.

As for the comment on the showers being terrible you are the first to complain and had you came and told a member of staff there was something wrong we could of fixed the problem unfortunately you never until leaving this review.

Local attractions

Ingoldmells, five minutes’ drive or 15 minutes’ walk from The Kings Head, is probably best known for its theme park, Fantasy Island, with indoor and outdoor rides and the world’s longest suspended rollercoaster. Shops, arcades and a huge indoor market open seven days a week are recommended stop-offs in town too. The nearest beach is a mile away from The Kings Head, but more sands are in Skegness (15 minutes' drive), or you could travel a bit further up the coast to other Lincolnshire seaside towns like Sutton on Sea (20 minutes) and Mablethorpe (25 minutes). Plenty of family-friendly attractions as well as the seaside resorts are handy if you’re around with the kids, such as the open-air museum of The Village Church Farm (15 minutes) in Skegness, telling the tale of rural British life before mass urbanisation, alongside family activities like chicken feeding, fancy dress, bug hunting and storytelling – do drop in to say hi to Bob the Hornsby steam engine too.
