Liked: Great views of the river and canal with a very friendly an warm Pub 5 minute walk and a nice cafe for breakfast. The toilets whilst a little dated were very clean and well looked after. The whole site is kept very clean with friendly staff. There are some fishing jettys along the river on the site that can be used by campers and the area has some nice walks along the tow paths.
Disliked: The weather it was cold but we stayed in January so this was expected and not the sites fault lol

Liked: Saw quite a bit of wildlife in the park including foxes and deer. Quiet location.
Disliked: Narrow pitches even for a VW T6. (Small pitch allocated.) Therefore very close to grassed area on either side which was muddy due to rainfall unfortunately. Could benefit from slightly larger pitches as ample room on either side to accommodate drier footing and space to movement around vehicle.
