Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked This was our third time here. There are new showers which are great. There is often someone cleaning and the site is very well maintained. My children also enjoy visiting the animals. We will be returning again

Nice site with good facilities, level pitches and friendly staff.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Good facilities, mostly flat ground. Walking distance from a pub (cash only) which had a pub. Cute goats and sheep. Owners were present which made everything seem organised and safe because it was quite a big site. Everyone was quiet around 10pm.
Disliked It was a big site so there were queues for facilities at peak times. Noise from the sheep but that's unavoidable.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked This campsite was the perfect base for our Peak District adventure. We were impressed with how spacious the pitches were, and the location couldn't be better, with easy access to lots of attractions. The facilities were well-maintained and kept spotless, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with—so helpful and welcoming. The best part, though, was the stunning scenery and the on-site animals. Our little one absolutely loved saying good morning to the goats and sheep, which made the trip extra special. Highly recommend!
