This well-kept campsite boasts amazing views and a chill vibe, lauded for its tidiness, welcoming owners, and great amenities like roomy spots and spick-and-span washrooms. Visitors loved the farm animals and easy access to local sights and trails. Mostly positive, some noted road noise and occasional waits for facilities when busy.

Lovely site, facilities and location
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely campsite, good facilities (regularly cleaned) and you can hire a fire pit too which is a really nice way to spend an evening. The views over the fields and the sounds of the sheep make it a lovely ambience. The owners came round every evening to check things were OK and work hard to keep the campsite in great condition. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Castleton, Mam Tor, Buxton and Bakewell areas.
Disliked Nothing, thank you for a great stay.

Liked Spacious pitches, lovely little family site. The kids loved it perfect for families. This would be perfect if they had a little park at the bottom too.

There are goats and sheep too, which added to the experience!
