What customers say
This is a small, well-maintained, and peaceful site with friendly owners, popular with fishing enthusiasts. Guests appreciate the clean facilities, attractive lake views, and convenient location for local attractions. However, some visitors experience noise disturbances from nearby aircraft flight paths and roads, and a few mention limited shower facilities and a need for toilet block upgrades.

From the manager: Good afternoon
Sorry you experienced some dog mess I looked all over the pitch and just found some paper bags ,the shower cannot be built in brick only wooden structures are allowed on the planning permission.the shower and toilets are cleaned twice a day as for the waste bins we only have recycling now same as the domestic environment which was all situated at the main gate as you departed
Kind regards
Ian

Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked That it was a small site and the welcome we got, advice on where we could get something to eat after a long drive, lots of things to do in the surrounding areas
Disliked toilet and showers could do with an upgrade, it is under the flightpath of the airport nearby, getting out of the site can be tricky with a campervan as cars drive fast.

From the manager: Sorry that one of the six toilets was blocked on site a child toy had blocked the pipe and we had to wait two hours before they arrived as it was a Sunday to remove toilet to gain access
