Liked The site is small which is nice and you can pick your pitch (depending on what is free - we arrived when it was practically empty so got our pick!) staff are so friendly and helpful and always available. The toilets and showers are always clean and there is hot water! The 50p shower situation is great as you don’t have to spend the whole time pressing those awful concussion taps. The shower pressure is good, water is hot and there is decent space to get changed after. There is also a wooden mat to use so you don’t get covered in grass. It’s a great site and we will definitely come back! We used it as a base for Bewl Water which is 5 mins drive away.

Disliked The only thing is the hairdryer is a bit rubbish but I always bring my own anyway! Road noise too but that can’t be helped because of where it is!

Liked The location is good, easy to find. Reception is well manned and the team were friendly and knowledgable and did everything they said they would, toilets and showers clean. Showers got a bit hot so not ideal for the kids but if you go early it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Shop useful for bits and pieces and the bar is nice, we didn’t eat there but it looked nice and was busy. Lots of activities to do which you do need to book. Pitches are a good size and well spaced out

Disliked Noisy and no one seems to be around to deal with it, the last night the camping pitches were practically empty and despite a no noise policy a loud group in the static tents near the toilets went on beyond midnight shouting singing and letting the dogs bark. The restaurant closes at 5 on Sunday which seems a bit silly in high season so we had to order food in which was disappointing, Fire pit hire is £20 but that’s not advertised anywhere so was a bit of a shock!

Liked Tretio was fab. We arrived on a Sunday when the campsite office was closed but pitch numbers were popped on the door so you knew where you were going. Facilities are fantastic. Nice roomy toilets which were cleaned daily and roomy showers with good pressure. Washing facilities were good and there is a Laundry room and also fridge and freezer which is a nice touch. Pitches are a good size. Park small but nice for the kids. Also has WiFi which is fab! We really really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

Disliked A small shop onsite for essentials would have been an extra bonus

Liked The staff were amazing, really friendly, really accommodating and kept the site clean. I reported an incident in the toilet which someone has decided to comment on but did nothing about and the chap was cleaning it seconds later. I’m not sure what people expect with 100’s of people using a toilet block! It was cleaned more than 3 times a day and there was always toilet roll. The issue was that many parents don’t care and leave their kids to come and go as they please and go to the toilet unsupervised. The park has plenty of space for kids to play and good stocks of ice cream to keep the kids happy to! We booked for a bargain price for the bank holiday and really enjoyed our stay.
