Great views, friendly owner, facilities need a deep clean but passable

Liked Great spot for star gazing, was lucky that the clouds cleared and could see the milky way in all its glory.
Disliked The facilities are good but would benefit from a good deep clean.

Sept 2026 Liked The toilets and showers are immaculately clean, iv never stayed at a campsite where there is not even a cobweb. The owner was very helpful despite us arriving slightly later than planned.
Disliked Nothing to dislike, great place to stay.

A nice little site but massively let down my the cleanliness.
Sept 2026 Liked Friendly owner and site not to large but quite full.
Disliked Only 1 toilet and shower which would be no problem however it was filthy. To the point I had to clean the toilet and sink before use.

Sept 2026 Liked The showers are amazing, but ya need tokens from the cafe that shuts at 4. It was good for a base for a few nights but not a full on holiday break.
Disliked The lack of grass area around the pitch but plenty around for the dog.
