Liked Reception staff, pools, pitch

Disliked Restaurant staff very rude and the swimming pool guards are constantly on their phone. The very young had his phone in one hand, an ice cream in the other and AirPods in his years listening to music. Just a disgrace to see. On the website is written they have entertainment: it is a fraud to call it like that. Two of the theee “entertainers” do not speak a word of Italian, therefore kids do not feel like they want to go for activities. Latest activity is baby disco at 6 pm and they go out clubbing every night without even saying hello to guests when encountering them. A disgrace. Also, 120€ for a pitch is a really high price!

Liked Play area, staff is kind.

Disliked The pitch given was really difficult to enter because of very big trees everywhere that have very low branches; it was also one of the biggest, but the streets are very narrow, with high road bumps. Moving in the camping with a motorhome or camper van is very difficult, I could not imagine a caravan. The amount of mosquitos and wasps is insane, even in the restaurant kitchen. The camping definitely has potential but it is poorly maintained therefore it is not enjoyable.

Liked Pitch is spacious and services are clean.

Disliked There is nothing to do, the facilities are just regulars one and I think £70 for a night is way too expensive if there is anything else but pitches and facilities.

Liked Pitch size was very generous and the electricity column is really close. Facilities were spotless and, if you’re lucky enough, the pub is open and is just a gem. Andrea is super smart and manages this place in a very efficient manner. It’s a must if you need to get on the eurotunnel.
