Electric gravel motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely place to be away from the crowds. The beach is a 2 minute walk and you have miles to explore. Wonderful beach for the dog and it’s massive at low tide. Water, grey, and black for the van- as well as rubbish bins. Love the sheep and surrounding cows. Views of the hills are also lovely.
Disliked It’s surrounded by working farms. They milk cows and work early. There is muck smell at times. And flies come to farms but not too bad. Just be aware if this and you will love it.

From the manager: Thanks for your review. Sorry about the smell. You were unlucky to be here when the wind was blowing from the north as that's not common.

Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Very clean and well kept campsite. Some of the pitches are a good size and some closer together. The river is very nice. Lovely countryside walks just behind the pub which is next-door. Also, some more challenging hikes within walking distance. I didn’t find an easy way to dump Gray or fill my water because the faucet wasn’t near me. Good black dump.
Disliked This is a great place for families. For me it was a little too close to my neighbors and a little too much activity. Lots of kids playing dogs playing. If you’re camped on the river, you’ll have people going through the site to get down to the water. It’s lovely for community and fun, but not peace and solitude.

Electric grass pitch
Liked The animals were amazing. The dog walk and ability to see the animals up close with the dog was great. Decent sized pitches. Lovely views. Good for families. Breakfast truck is nice but I didn’t try. Having a pub onsite is nice. Food wasn’t anything great but nice to have.
Disliked The farm is above a busy road. There are not enough showers for the size of the place. I waited 20 mins for a shower and I was first in the queue - but this is due to families in the shower which takes a long time. 10am checkout is quite early for camping.
