Disliked Animal care, the small farm areas (goat/ pigs) need some attention

Liked Good food/ drink facilities, pool was good

Disliked Quite a walk to the toilets/ showers. We had to use two electric cables to reach our van and had to walk across/ in between 3 other pitches to run the electric. Also carp care needs to be considered, there appeared to be no rules. Children fishing without the right equipment. There was a broken glass bottle in the pond. When we caught a fish it already had a barbed hook in its mouth. There needs to be some restrictions put in place!

Disliked Difficult to get to the river to fish, some pitches offered no shade so took us a while to choose.

Liked Great location, pitches were good sizes, facilities were also good. Added bonus of the site being on the river.

Liked Great location, the site was so lovely and peaceful. The three course dinner was such a lovely touch, the whole place had been really thought off and was so relaxing and calm feel about it, the pitches were big and private and offered a lovely shaded area. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Liked One of the best sites we stayed at over the past two weeks. Location was great, facilities were good. The pool and bistro were really lovely added benefit.

Liked The site was one of the best that we have stayed at over the last two weeks. The fishing lake was well stocked, the shop had all you needed and the bar facilities and swimming pools were an added bonus. The site residences even arranged entertainment such as football, quizzes and bingo and made you feel truly welcomed.

Liked Host was really friendly and welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Site was nicely kept and the garden was beautiful with lots of fruit bushes and trees. Loved the chickens and ducks running round too

Disliked Only one toilet and one shower in an open space.
