Liked The hosts were incredibly friendly and came around to check if we wanted anything from the farm shop (great burgers and bacon). The site was very clean with great facilities: toilet block, warm water, and a field with a football net which my son loved. Quiet site with great views, and just a 15 minute walk through the forest to the pub. Would highly recommend!

Liked A very quiet and clean site, and the bar was great. An added bonus was having fresh eggs each morning. My son loved helping Lee feed the chickens and pigs, and can't wait to come back.

Liked Quiet, peaceful, and large private spots with clean modern facilities - one of our favourite sites we've been to, and will definitely be back. We're not golfers, but the forest walk was a great bonus

Disliked We booked a taxi which was between £8-15 as the bus stop to York was 1.5 miles away on a road with no footpath.
