Non-electric grass campervan, tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Loved it , basic but everything we needed and so happy to have coffee for sale on site in the morning . We booked very last minute for one night as a base to visit family on another fully booked site and it was perfect. Toilets , showers and easy booking. We arrived after dark with no issues whatsoever.

16-amp electric grass pitch
Liked We’ve just got back from staying on one of the touring pitches and honestly, it was great. The pitch had everything we needed, was easy to book, easy to find, and the gravel parking made it so much easier given the weather. We stayed during February half term and the weather was terrible, but even then we could see how perfect this site will be when it’s fully in season.
The toilets and showers were clean and tidy, which always makes a big difference on a touring stay. We didn’t use the washing-up facilities ourselves, but they looked well maintained and more than adequate. It was also really easy to dispose of our rubbish on the way out, which made packing up and leaving stress-free.
Out of season it was peaceful and well-kept, and we could tell that in the warmer months it would be fantastic for families. There’s a café and bar with under-cover seating, a play park, farm animals to see, a football goal, and plenty of open space for kids to run around and burn off energy.
The next morning we had breakfast at the Mulberry Cafe and it was 10 out of 10 — absolutely spot on and the perfect way to finish our stay.
Even with the awful February weather, we had a lovely time and would definitely return — especially in season when everything is open and the sun is shining!
