Liked Warm welcome from Brian, super clean facilities, ensuite showers! Its really quiet, although there's a road next to the site but its not busy most of the time. Being adults only makes it easy going and friendly. We parked up our campervan and had ample space for our 3m² awning. Washing up is outdoor but a very sheltered and well equipped area. Loads of tips for exploring the area and lots of stuff to borrow if you need it. WiFi was available but we didnt ask for it as we try to.minimise distractions ;) Love it here which is why it was our second visit. Weather was very wet but still had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Brian and Jane for a lovely time. We'll be back!

From the manager: Thank you for leaving us such a lovely review after your second stay with us at our "easy going and friendly" adults only camping, caravanning and glamping site. We try to make to ensure guests have access to information on things to do in the area by sending out as an attachment to the confirmation email, having an inspiration board at the washing up sinks and leaflets from the places themselves. This part of the Shropshire Hills has plenty to explore and discover - Brian and I are always happy to have a chat if you still require more information or have any issues. Our generous size pitches are broken up by mature trees giving guests an element of privacy and many species of birds a home. Whilst we do provide free WI FI if the site is busy it may not be sufficent to stream films or sporting events. Thank you again.

Liked A really tranquil site. No dogs (except the owners little Harrison) and adult only. The site is fairly flat but take your chocks just in case. Pat and Chris are a really friendly, down to earth couple and made us feel very welcome. Facilities were really clean and for the size of the site, 2 toilets and an en suite shower are just enough. Had great weather and saw some birds that you wouldnt normally spot. Its got beautiful gardens too and it was delightful to see a family of ducks and ducklings walking around the pond. Would recommend as we'll definitely be returning.

Liked We stayed at Hartington Hills for three nights in March and had a fantastic break. The site is in a beautiful, peaceful part of the Peak District with impressive scenery in all dire ctions. It's really well laid out with generous pitches; we had a fully serviced pitch for our campervan which was brilliant, no trips back and forth for water! The facilities were excellent. The toilets, showers and washing-up room were spotless and wonderfully warm, which was very welcome in early March. The wardens truly make this site special. Beck gave us such a friendly welcome on arrival and it’s clear how much care they put into keeping everything running smoothly and looking immaculate. They were always happy to chat and help. There’s also a well-stocked little shop with fresh eggs and all the essentials. Hartington village is just up the road. Well worth a trip for the authentic country village feel. Complete with Village Store and the Cheese Shop We got some lovely gifts in Country Stores too. Two tips: Firstly, take chocks, theres a gentle slope on site. Secondly, have a few £1 coins handy if you plan to use the washing machine or dryer (although the wardens can help with change if you forget, as we did!). We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Liked Lovely site even in the wet weather! Had a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived as someone had parked in our pitch but went to reception and all was sorted straight away. Toilet and shower facilities clean well stocked with everything you need. Fabulous view across the Afon Mawddach once the sun came out. Will definitely return in the Spring.
