Disliked Been made to wait 2 hours when site had lots of empty pitches,later found out if you pay an extra 10 pounds you could go onto site early ,if I had been told this it would have been an option. Check out is at 12 , but was asked to check out early if possible,? Why if you've paid until 12 . Lady on front desk on power trip

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. Our standard check-in time is 1:00pm, which is confirmed at the time of booking. Early arrival may be available for an additional £10, but this is subject to the allocated pitch having been vacated, checked and being ready, so unfortunately it cannot always be offered. Our departure wording is that pitches must be vacated by 12:00pm at the latest. This is simply the latest check-out time and is not intended as a request for customers to leave early. We are sorry if either point was unclear during your stay and will make sure our team continues to explain both clearly to arriving guests.

Liked Getting out of there

Disliked Screaming kids up untill past 11 racing round on electric bikes with boom boxes blaring out, then the adults? Start coming back from club steaming drunk ,and start partying again while 4 in morning
