Disliked The main toilets were closed so we had to use the activities showers block ,the room and water was cold..

Disliked The weather (i know not owners fault) lol The pitch felt a bit isolated ..We like to socialise if possible...

From the manager: Thank you for your review. I'm glad you liked our caravan park and pub. Not sure about the unisex toilets? The toilets for the caravan park are specifically male or female, not unisex. We do open some spare toilets at the rear of the shower block on busy periods such as bank holidays and events, to help with the pub facilities due to the pub being so popular. These are available for all to use; patrons as well as site guests. The caravan shower block are specifically for the caravan park only, so maybe you are getting confused with the sites facilities. We do not offer the breakfast to guests on the caravan park only the B and B rooms. On this occasion, my staff here have tried to accommodate you with the going and above and beyond attitude without success. The continental breakfast has had great reviews on room booking websites with only the best fresh produce served. I hope this helps to clear up your confusion. Best wishes. Cross Keys team.
