Liked Small but good facilities. Well maintained and clean. Well lit washing up area with hot water. Good showers. Really nice member of staff Sam. Really dog friendly. It was very quiet during the week but got a lot busier on Friday evening. Pizza van was great and the onsite bar was fun. Petting farm was amazing (as adults!).

Disliked Farm smells were quite strong but it’s a working farm. Hook up pitches did feel a bit sterile and packed in compared to the camping field. Perhaps some hard standing would be good. The weekend was a very different environment with the amount of people using the facilities and quite a bit of noise. An area for dogs to be off lead would be really good as it’s a long walk to the dog friendly part of the beach.

Liked Well kept, lovely campsite. Clean toilets and showers. Good hot water for washing up. Fabulous dog field. Seasonal pitch owners were friendly and welcoming. Owner was helpful and very friendly.

Liked Layout of the site was well done with the pitches feeling relatively private. Shower nice and hot and powerful. Toilets and showers were clean. Friendly owners and lovely dogs. Pub next door was great.

Disliked A light that comes on in the daytime for the pot wash area would be helpful as it was quite dark there. The button for the shower could have lasted longer. No lock on men’s toilet. Bins were hugely overflowing.

Liked Amazing views, nice quiet site with only 5 pitches. Easy walk to Whitby Abbey and close to Saltwick beach. We loved Charlie the horse and his antics. Toilet and shower were clean and good. Owners were really friendly.

Disliked No washing up facilities. Hot water and a sink would be helpful.

Liked Clean toilets and good pot wash facilities. Site looked very nice and it was quiet. Level pitch with well kept grass.

Disliked Shower was more like a sprinkler but it was warm. Radio playing music in the toilets was a bit weird, especially when it was 11.30pm!
