Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Location was great and the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. The lady there was extremely helpful.
Disliked There was a one off
Problem with the EHU which meant we couldn’t charge to full capacity. This was the only negative.

From the manager: Hi Liz, Thank you so much for your lovely review. I’m really pleased you enjoyed your stay, and it was a pleasure to meet you and help during your visit. I’m sorry you had to manage with the reduced electric supply during your stay, and I hope you’ve received your refund for the difference. It was lovely to have you here and I hope we’ll get to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Vicky Campsite Manager

Electric optional hardstanding and grass motorhome pitch (concessions only)
Liked Great campsite for the price. Utilities clean. Nice pool and a very peaceful place to stay. Lots of amazing countryside around. A bit remote as the village is just local houses and a bread vending machine. 1 hrs walk to the next village, a good choice of shops there but not much else and not much public transport.
Clean toilets and shower and everything on site really convenient.
Disliked We booked through Pitchup who confirmed check in from 10 a.m onwards. Arrived at the site at 2pm and reception closed. Hostile owner showed us the sign saying closed from 12.30-4.30 pm. Ok to check us in anyway on a grass pitch.
The site isn’t very well advertised as ‘Camping Les Pommiers’ - a few people we met had actually booked the wrong site with the same name and region.
My husband went in pool with swimming shorts and the owners shouted from afar saying not aloud in the pool, he was quite aggressive and ridiculous!! This happened 3 times with different people. be warned.. men have to wear swimming trunks! Lots of women wearing anything but that was ok and you have to shower and foot disinfection foot bath before entering.
Nice place, hostile staff but its ok for the price and not far back to the Calais port.

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked We love this site !! Beautiful location near to the sea. Very peaceful and safe. The showers and launderette area are excellent.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the camping pitches are very well maintained.
A great local bar for food and drink is only 5 mins walk out of the campsite (near the beach)!
The village with more eating and drinking options, is about 20/30 mins walk and a bus to Santander takes about 40 mins from that village.
Would definitely recommend for a lovely stay, 20 mins drive from the Santander ferry port. 5 mins drive to the local town, with good supermarket and a couple of restaurants.
Disliked Although October is probably out of season, you must stock up and bring supplies with you as we couldn’t buy much food and drink on site.
