Liked Lovely, big, open field for camping, surrounded by hedges and countryside. Easy 20 minute walk to a great pub. Warm facilities block.

Disliked The camping field is very sloped - we used our van chocks and were still tilted. Might be more of an issue with a tent. There is only one facilities block with 5 ladies toilets and 3 sinks so it was very busy on a morning. We stayed at the weekend so it may be easier on a weekday.

Liked Lovely big open field with marked out pitches. Peaceful, countryside campsite-just what we wanted. Facilities are basic but functional.

Disliked No windows or ventilation in the toilet block. It would be nice to have a covered area to wash up -just a bit of a roof as the weather was abysmal when we stayed and it made washing up a very damp job! There is two sinks with hot water but they are just outside.
