Our collection of Pembrokeshire glamping breaks has lots of choice, from cute little cabins where you can hide away with your other half through to spacious safari tents for an alfresco adventure with the kids – read on to discover more about how to find just the right one for your holiday.

Where you should stay in Pembrokeshire

  • Pembrokeshire is a fabulous region for a family holiday, with plenty of child-friendly attractions as well as safe sandy beaches. A classic seaside resort like Tenby makes a great base for a holiday with the whole tribe, and you can up the kid-pleasing factor by using our filters to look for places with fun facilities like a play area or an indoor pool. Opt for spacious safari tents or bell tents, or check out wooden camping pods to ensure you’ll keep warm on an Easter or half-term break.

  • All that open space makes Pembrokeshire a popular pick for those travelling with dogs, and our collection includes plenty of dog-friendly glamping sites, where your canine chum can join you in comfort but still have plenty of space to get out and sniff around outside. If you think they’d also like a bit of a swim in the sea, pick a place near a beach that welcomes dogs all year round, like Marloes or Broad Haven.

  • There may well be lots of family attractions around, but Pembrokeshire is just as wonderful for a holiday just for two – especially if you plump for an adults-only glampsite. Head towards the northern coast for some quieter bays and beaches, or settle somewhere around St Davids for access to some lovely restaurants and independent food shops for a fancy picnic.

  • Planning to fill your days with all sorts of outdoor activities? Base yourselves somewhere near Newgale for great surfing, Abereiddy for coasteering or Tenby for sea fishing trips. And of course, there’s always a great walk to be had around here – you can choose pretty much any stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and it’ll hold some spectacular views.

  • The coast often grabs much of the glory, but the inland areas have a lot to offer too, including some gorgeous walks through green valleys to waterfalls and country pubs. Glamping on a farm is a great way to get a taste of rural life and grab a peaceful and comfortable place to stay at the same time. Have a look in the areas around Haverfordwest for easy access to countryside and coastal outings.

What to do in Pembrokeshire

  • Beaches, of course… there are more than 50 of them in Pembrokeshire, ranging from hidden coves to wide sandy beaches. Perhaps the most famous of all is Barafundle Bay, a National Trust-owned sandy stretch that often features on lists of the world’s best beaches, but each one of them is wonderful in its own way. From camping pods to luxury bell tents, we've got plenty of glamping accommodation to help you explore them. Not sure where to start? Read our guide to Pembrokeshire’s best beaches.

  • Unsurprisingly, the residents of Pembrokeshire have been keen to protect their land for many hundreds of years – and the result of that is a large number of castles around the place. Among those you can visit are Henry VII’s birthplace Pembroke Castle, the seafront fortress at Manorbier and the ruins of Cilgerran Castle.

  • As well as lots of family-friendly glamping sites there are also tons of family attractions around Pembrokeshire, making it easy to keep the kids busy for several days. The likes of Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo, Manor Wildlife Park and Oakwood Theme Park are perennially popular, and indoor facilities like Hangar 5 trampoline park and Dr Beynon’s Bug Farm are great things to have on hand for damp days.
