What customers say
This park has lots to do, with guests loving the clean, modern showers and friendly staff. Kids' entertainment, the arcade, and pool are big hits. Some noted issues with wet pitch conditions and occasional communal area cleanliness. Despite that, many found it good value and want to return.

Liked Good size pitches with option of electric hook up. The facilities were in good condition and well looked after. Getting around the site was easy and the site had everything you needed. The sea is across the road and it's only a short drive to lots of places of interest.

Mid week seems beautiful weekends are manic!

Liked Thursday night was wonderful the place is lovely and it was calm and relaxing. Then came Friday night with a load of new people who didn't seem to grasp how to socially behave! Was a shame and it ruined our stay so went home a day early. The facilities are nice and clean and the staff we did interact with were nice.
Disliked The prices of fish and chips 🙈 £11.50 for fish and chips!!
If camping it's not manned 24/7 so if there are issues you have to make a call.

Friendly staff but everything else left a lot to be desired.

Liked The touring manager at the site was very helpful and polite. The toilet facilities, showers and washing up facilities were of good quality and cleaned regularly. The activities on site were good (we went swimming, took part in superhero training, did sand art, archery, hired peddle go karts and went to the Cove Crew show). It was nice to have electric hook up.
Disliked Though the toilet facilities were of good quality and cleaned regularly, they were often left unclean by those who used them. There were lots of children who were left to roam the site without adult supervision who behaved in a very antisocial manner. The site was very noisy from 7pm till the 11pm curfew (and often continued to be noisy after that too). You could here children and adults swearing loud karaoke singing and lots of adults were drinking alcohol too. Our children could not get to sleep and were often anxious about what was going on outside of the tent. This made the evening squire stressful.
There was nowhere to change gas cannisters or to freeze ice packs for our cool boxes. This meant we had to go into Carlisle to buy extra equipment.
Seaguls would often fly over and defecate on the tent and cars.
Our daughter has milk intolerance and the shop on site did not sell any milk alternatives (ie oat milk/soya milk).

Liked The atmosphere and all amenities were great. Plenty to do on the site, you would never go bored! Prices aren't too steep, well worth trying the pizza van and the fish&chip shop!
