- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Reception is unmanned after 5:30 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.
- Groups where half or more members are aged between 17-25 are not accepted via Pitchup.com. Throughout the year large events take place and the site is open to the public. The nearby visitor attraction/children rides are closed for refurbishment.

Generous space and lovely river spot for paddling/walks. Facilities clean, staff friendly. EHU pitches tight, non-electric spacious. Can be noisy, but quieter further out. Great for exploring.

Lovely campsite but pitches just need to be numbered and regulated.

Liked Clean and right on the river.
Disliked They just tell people where to pitch without having designated spots for camping and people just camp right next to you were the guide ropes are nearly touching and camping is all about enjoying your own company unless you’re with friends and family.

Liked The Hop Farm is a wonderful place for camping with family and friends. There is a huge area with plenty of space, so you can choose the perfect spot to stay. We loved how spacious everything was. There are places to swim, rope swings for children and adults to enjoy, and everyone was very friendly.
The staff do a great job of keeping the site safe and pleasant. Music is allowed until 10 pm, and they make sure the rules are followed. They also monitor speeding to keep everyone safe.
We really enjoyed the location, the atmosphere, and the large open spaces. We had a fantastic stay and would happily visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disliked The only downside was that we stayed at the far end of the campsite, and the toilets were located at the front, which meant a long walk or drive every time we needed to use them. It would be much more convenient if there were toilets and shower facilities available at both the front and back of the site.
It would also be nice to have more trees or shrubs around the fields to provide some shade and protection from the sun, especially on hot days.

Disliked Prastas klientų aptarnavimas. Personalas neleido mums nuleisti valties į vandenį, išlipti į krantą ar žvejoti. Taisyklės buvo perteiktos nedraugiškai, todėl patirtis buvo labai nemaloni.
I would not recommend renting kayaks here. The owner’s behavior was unreasonable and unfriendly. The most surprising part was that even children were being told to leave the property. It was a very unpleasant experience, so I cannot recommend this place.

Liked Really liked this site. No electric had fields of room to choose from, could pitch up wherever. Access to a lovely wide river to paddle board.
Toilets and showers were clean but they are a walk away if you park in too distant a field. I saw quite a few people driving up to facilities which isn’t an issue unless you have a roof tent.
Disliked As it’s so spread out it must be difficult to manage noise, this is not the owners fault but where we were pitched one group started whizzing round on a motorbike which really freaked out my dog and played loud music till 3am. I didn’t really feel like moving the tent and all my things at 11pm when I wanted to sleep.

Liked Great weather, nice area, fabulous wide open spaces, nice friendly welcome from the staff.
Disliked Toilet blocks really struggled with the number of people staying. Gents were flooded on two consecutive evenings, and the door lock was kicked in on the Friday night. This is probably a great place to come if you are in a large group, and if you enjoy playing your dance music for all around to listen to. Not great if you fancy a peaceful night (and definitely not great if you don't like hearing the sound of motorbikes time trialling up and down the dual carriageway that borders the site). We could probably have found a peaceful spot in one of the wide open fields, but this would have left us miles away from the camp, and joining the numbers of people who were driving to and fro at night to get to the toilet blocks (I'm glad we didn't have young children to keep an eye on from the night drivers).
We visited here a few years ago in September when it was lovely and peaceful, but sadly after this visit, we won't come back again.
